I've found very interesting and full of suggestions about how to improve the effectiveness of a communication platform, the evaluation report of our community of practice, published by Monica a few weeks ago.

Reading the report, I've highlighted some questions: what do we learn from the implementation of this CoP? what can we do in the future?

during a meeting held in Brussels a few months ago, we interviewed Mr. Gerhard Braeunling, head of the Equal sector for the DG Employment, Social Affairs & Equal Opportunities, in order to know his point of view about the new ESF programming phase and the role the communities of practice could play in supporting Esf managing authorities across Europe.
