Specifically, as a workshop facilitator, PCM trainer and consultant on the use of PCM and PCM-tools in organisations, I will focus on my own experience in applying these approaches.<br /> This will be an occasional blog: as interesting experiences arise I will share them with this community in the hope that it will help generate interest and the sharing of ideas.<br /> I am a British national, based (since the mid-70's) in the Netherlands. My contact with PCM (and related tools like LFA and GOPP) dates back to the 1990's when we first helped the Innovation Programme (then DG XIII, now DG Enterprise) of the Commission with the introduction of Goal-Oriented Project Planning (GOPP) as a working method.
